First: thanks to everyone who contributed art materials for the hospitalized veterans. Good work gang.

Second: here are the drop off and pick up schedule details for the show at the First Unitarian Church. Remember, if you possibly can send them your paperwork before Saturday morning if would relieve some anxiety on their part. I think they're a little nervous that there won't be enough stuff to fill the space.

May 29: SATURDAY, 8:30 am - until complete

Remember their commission is 30% and they promise to forward your payment no later than two weeks after the end of the exhibition.

RECEPTION: Confirmed date & time, set-up arrangements etc, as soon as I hear (next day or so). Then it's up to us to invite everyone we know to come.

First Unitarian: Group Show Label

Download a Word document by clicking on the image to the left. Fill out one label for each piece you plan to submit (in Word, please no handwritten labels) then print the label and cut it out. Please bring all printed & cut labels to our meeting on May 22nd.

Please note: You still need to fill out and sign the entry agreement handed out at the meeting. That is the official "contract" with the church. If you missed the meeting or did not get one of these forms, more will be available at the May 22nd meeting.

Email me if you have any issues downloading the Word document.
Thanks!

Upcoming Show: First Unitarian Church, May 29th

Our show at the First Unitarian Church is coming up. The show is scheduled to be hung Saturday morning May 29 and come down Saturday morning July 10.

I've talked to a rep of the Arts & Aesthetics Committee and expect to have more details before our April meeting.

Meanwhile, they'd like some idea of how many artists will participate and what the total number of works will be, so if you can send me a note in the next week or so saying you're 'in' and how many works you'll show that would be helpful.

thanks,
betty

REMINDER & Coupon Link: Colored Pencil Donation

Here's there link to this week's Hobby Lobby 40%off coupon . . .

Remember, the idea is that whoever would like to help collect colored pencils for the art program at the Veteran's Hospital would use the coupon to buy a set of pencils, bring them to our next CPSA meeting, and get reimbursed by the chapter. Mike will see that all the supplies we collect get to the vets in the hospital.
